About Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager/Product Manager II to lead strategic initiatives and deliver data-driven, scalable products that enhance user experience and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business to shape products powered by AI/ML.This role requires a balance of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong execution to transform ideas into impactful products.Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your product area.Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to conceptualize and launch AI/ML-based features.Translate business goals and user insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.Analyze performance data and define evaluation metrics to measure product and model effectiveness.Drive end-to-end product execution from ideation, prioritization, and delivery to performance tracking and iteration.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure effective product positioning and adoption.Requirements
5-8 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization.Proven experience delivering successful B2B or B2C products.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA is a plus.Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI/ML, Deep Learning, or data-centric product development.Understanding of model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1 score, accuracy, etc.) and data quality frameworks.Experience in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or consumer product domains.Ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams to bring AI features to market.Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or GA4.Experience managing multi-region or global product rollouts.Why Teachmint
