We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product roadmap based on business and customer needs. Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications. Prioritize the product backlog and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives). Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and operations teams. Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and feedback. Ensure timely, high-quality product releases and manage stakeholder communication. Conduct impact analysis, risk assessments, and support UAT/QA processes. Required Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering/Computer Science; MBA preferred. 913 years of experience, including 5+ years in product ownership or management. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and cloud technologies. Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise applications, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with AI/ML, RPA, and automation. Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar.
