Role Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the Durlabh Darshan Android app, overseeing the product vision, user engagement strategies, retention tactics, and monetisation channels for a rapidly growing B2C spiritual application. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the leadership team and various departments to enhance user usage, engagement, and revenue. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement the product roadmap based on consumer behaviour analysis, funnel evaluations, and data-driven decision-making - Monitor, assess, and optimize key B2C metrics such as DAU/MAU, retention rates at different intervals, session duration, stickiness ratio, activation rate, and engagement depth - Create and expand engagement features like streaks, gamification elements, personalized recommendations, and spiritual journey customization - Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Android product updates Qualifications & Skills - Must hold a degree from Tier-1 institutes (e.g., IITs, IIMs, NITs, etc.) - At least 6 years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile applications, with a focus on Android platforms - Essential: Minimum 2 years of experience in OTT or content-driven platforms like Jio Hotstar, TikTok, MX Player, or similar large-scale consumer apps - Demonstrated track record of enhancing user retention, activation, engagement, and monetisation through data-driven insights - Proficient in funnels, segmentation, cohorts, A/B testing, experimentation, and behavioural analytics Additional Details The company is at the forefront of immersive spiritual tourism with the Durlabh Darshan VR-led spiritual platform, integrating technology, culture, and devotion to offer captivating spiritual app experiences.
