As a skilled and experienced Salesforce Data PAK Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, data-driven solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud while ensuring alignment with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions, administering platform tasks, collaborating with stakeholders, building and maintaining data models, ensuring data integrity and compliance, troubleshooting system issues, and staying updated on Salesforce releases. To excel in this role, you should have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and the Salesforce platform, a solid understanding of data modeling and integration patterns, as well as proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks. Additionally, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, or Administrator are highly desirable. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, while an advanced degree or Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant is preferred. Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) or enterprise data platforms, familiarity with marketing cloud integration, and knowledge of data privacy standards are considered as preferred qualifications.
