Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Analyze product performance and gather user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Run product development processes including ideation, requirements gathering, and release planning.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on product initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on data, user feedback, and business impact.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead agile product development cycles, working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
• Write clear PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and user stories.
• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Communicate product updates to executives and stakeholders, balancing technical and business perspectives.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define and track metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, revenue) to measure success.
• Use A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), and user feedback to iterate.

Leadership

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  10-14 years in product management with 4-5 years experience in BFSI domain.

• Technical Acumen:

  Ability to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data models, and scalability.

• Analytical Skills:

  Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

• Communication:

  Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.

• Leadership:

  Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field + MBA (Sales, Marketing or Finance).

Nice to Have

• Experience with any BI Tools like True BI. Power BI, etc
• Certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Scrum Product Owner).
