As a Senior Product Manager , you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of ARIT Financial Products. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that align with business goals and market/customer needs. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and exceptional execution to drive product growth and market fit. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with company objectives. Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals. Analyze product performance and gather user feedback to make data-driven decisions. Run product development processes including ideation, requirements gathering, and release planning. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on product initiatives. Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities. Prioritize features and initiatives based on data, user feedback, and business impact. Execution & Delivery Lead agile product development cycles, working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams. Write clear PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and user stories. Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release processes. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Communicate product updates to executives and stakeholders, balancing technical and business perspectives. Data-Driven Decision Making Define and track metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, revenue) to measure success. Use A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), and user feedback to iterate. Leadership Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 10-14 years in product management with 4-5 years experience in BFSI domain. Technical Acumen: Ability to collaborate with engineers on APIs, data models, and scalability. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar tools. Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. Leadership: Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field + MBA (Sales, Marketing or Finance). Nice to Have Experience with any BI Tools like True BI. Power BI, etc Certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Scrum Product Owner). Role & responsibilities
