Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user needs, conduct research, and create prototypes to enhance the learning experience.
• Lead end-to-end product design, from concepts to delivery, ensuring intuitive and appealing interfaces.
• Gather feedback, conduct testing, and collaborate with teams to refine and optimize designs.
• Contribute to a consistent visual identity and user experience across all products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.
• Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in product design.
• Ability to ship products in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong focus on consumer-centric solutions.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.
• Comfortable designing for cross-platform (desktop/iOS/Android) features.
• Ability to own the design process end-to-end from concept to implementation with attention to detail.
• Portfolio/website showcasing relevant work and design skills.
