Visual Aesthetics & Creative Direction Establish and maintain a consistent visual brand identity using modern design principles. Produce mood boards and style guides reflecting the brands blend of elegance and technology. Design cross-platform visual storytelling concepts and digital experiences. Innovate visual presentations that highlight the brilliance and uniqueness of lab-grown diamonds. 3. Tone of Voice & Brand Communication Define brand voice that is authentic, aspirational, ethical, and educational. Adapt tone of voice for diverse audiences including millennials, luxury consumers, and tech-forward buyers. Develop messaging hierarchies emphasizing transparency and lifestyle appeal. Differentiate lab-grown diamonds positively without disparaging natural alternatives. 4. Creative Route & Campaign Development Conceptualize 360 integrated campaigns across digital, influencer, and traditional channels. Develop strategies that educate while reinforcing luxury brand status. Create immersive storytelling experiences blending science and emotion. Design compelling customer journey narratives from awareness to purchase. 5. Collaboration & Implementation Align creative visual work with marketing goals and brand strategy. Partner with photographers, creators, and developers to ensure brand consistency and innovation. Collaborate with product teams to weave storytelling into design and packaging. Present creative pitches with strategic rationale to internal stakeholders. 6. Technical Proficiency Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and digital visualization tools. Understanding of platform-specific visual needs (e.g. Instagram, Pinterest). Able to develop brand guidelines and visual systems across media. 7. Strategic & Creative Thinking Translate abstract ideas into impactful visual storytelling. Maintain balance between creative vision and market insights. Create cohesive brand expressions across formats and platforms. 8. Industry & Market Awareness Knowledge of lab-grown diamond industry, luxury positioning, and sustainability trends. Awareness of modern design, influencer marketing, and ethical luxury movements. 9. Measurable KPIs Visual identity consistency scores and brand recognition metrics. Engagement rates on visual content across social platforms. Brand sentiment related to storytelling and visual effectiveness. Performance of creative campaigns vs. conversion and awareness goals. Adoption and implementation of style guides across internal/external teams.
