What You'll Do

• Own and lead multiple product charters with a high level of autonomy.
• Translate user research and data insights into compelling design systems.
• Set high benchmarks for visual design and execution across teams.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build frameworks for scalable and emotionally engaging product experiences.
  

You Should Have

• 5–7 years of experience in B2C product design, preferably in tech-led setups.
• Strong portfolio with examples of visual craft, UX thinking, and shipped work.
• Experience mentoring or leading designers, and a desire to grow a team.
• Exposure to design systems, prototyping, and modern tools.
• A mindset geared toward iteration, excellence, and team collaboration.
