Job Description

As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our product team by driving data-led strategies and insights across various product lines. Your responsibilities will include leading analytical initiatives, providing actionable insights to influence product direction, and mentoring a team of analysts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bridge data with business and product vision, aiming to drive measurable impact. Your key responsibilities will involve strategic data analysis and reporting, where you will evaluate product performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements. You will create and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, BigQuery, Power BI, and Google Analytics. Defining and tracking KPIs aligned with business goals will be essential, as well as proactively identifying opportunities and risks. Additionally, you will conduct advanced market and user research to inform product strategy, analyze customer feedback, usage data, and behavioral signals to uncover user needs, and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborating with product managers, you will help define product roadmaps through data-driven insights, develop user stories, success metrics, and A/B test strategies, and guide experimentation and validation plans. In terms of project leadership and stakeholder management, you will oversee cross-functional analytics initiatives, deliver insights to product, tech, and business teams, and support decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. Ensuring documentation, visibility, and prioritization of analytics tasks will be crucial. As a team leader, you will mentor junior analysts, establish best practices for the analytics function, and promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the organization. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. You must have at least 5 years of experience in product analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or senior role, demonstrating success in influencing product decisions through analytics at a high-growth or product-first company. Your technical skills should include advanced proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Looker Studio, Python or R, BigQuery, and GA4, along with hands-on experience in Firebase, GTM, and data visualization/BI platforms. You should possess a strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, product funnels, acquisition sources, user retention, and behavioral analytics. Furthermore, your product and analytical skills should be evident through your ability to generate insights, influence product strategy, conduct funnel analysis, cohort studies, churn and retention metrics, segmentation, and user flow mapping. Your role as a Lead Product Analyst will involve presenting impactful insights and product recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our products.,
