Your responsibilities will include managing production budgets, schedules, and resources, providing creative feedback, and expanding the talent database for a competitive edge in the market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of Junior Producers, Creative Associates, and Writers. - Drive strategy for concept development, story pitching, and script finalization. - Ensure creative alignment with Vertical TV's brand, audience needs, and commercial KPIs. - Manage production budgets, schedules, and resources for all assigned projects. - Provide decisive, creative feedback to elevate the quality of micro dramas. - Mitigate production risks and resolve challenges related to logistics and creative execution. - Help create and expand a talent database for a competitive edge. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of production experience with a focus on fiction/drama content. - Experience in high-volume content curation and managing large-scale projects. - Proven leadership experience in managing creative and production teams. - Deep understanding of vertical video format and mobile-first storytelling. - Fluency in Hindi and English, both written and verbal. - Passion for content creation in various shapes, sizes, formats, and types.
