Job Description

Senior Procurement Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead supplier onboarding to the Ariba Business Network with accuracy and efficiency.
Execute catalog enablement opportunities through advanced data analysis.
Guide suppliers in uploading, updating, and maintaining product/service catalogs.
Arrange Punchout integration kick-off calls and conduct end-to-end testing for go-live.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex Ariba-related queries.
Monitor and report supplier enablement progress with detailed records.
Drive process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Oversee testing and validation of supplier integrations and catalog updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
Proven experience with
SAP Ariba Buying
and
Ariba Business Network
.
Leadership qualities with ability to drive projects independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and productivity tools.
Experience in developing and executing wave plans for supplier onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
