Senior Procurement Executive

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and vendor management in the Procurement Department at Exotic India Art Pvt. Ltd. As a Senior Procurement Executive, your role will involve sourcing and negotiating with vendors/publishers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate purchase data, and collaborating with connected departments for smooth operations. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential in leading junior team members and optimizing procurement processes for cost-efficiency and efficiency. - Identify, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors/publishers for cost-effective sourcing. - Ensure orders, discounts, and deliveries match purchase requirements. - Maintain accurate purchase data & reconcile with inventory. - Collaborate with Connected Departments for smooth procurement and issue resolution. - Monitor delivery timelines, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time availability of books. - Support vendor development and cost optimization initiatives. - Lead and guide junior team members for seamless execution. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Vendor coordination & negotiation - Supply chain & purchase execution - Team management & collaboration - Strong communication & problem-solving Qualifications: - Graduate from a recognized university (SCM certification/diploma preferred) - 2-4 years of relevant experience in procurement/purchase (Books procurement preferred) Key Competencies: - Attention to detail & accuracy - Initiative & proactiveness - Analytical thinking & problem-solving - Ability to handle multiple vendors & priorities - Effective interpersonal & leadership skills About Exotic India Art Pvt.
