Job Description

As a Procurement Associate at Capgemini, you will play a key role in shaping your career within a collaborative and supportive community. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions - Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights for company growth - Processing routine PR-PO, reviewing Purchase Requisitions for compliance and releasing completed Purchase Orders for approval - Monitoring preparation of purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and organizational requirements - Providing first-line helpdesk support for stakeholders and suppliers, escalating queries to senior team members when necessary - Working with ticketing tools and contacting external suppliers via email and phone Qualifications Required: - Ability to work well with teams and stakeholders - Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement Capgemini offers a range of opportunities for career development, personalized career guidance, comprehensive wellness benefits, and access to a vast digital learning platform with over 250,000 courses and certifications.
