Job Description

As a talented and driven procurement associate at Capgemini, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with the client and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the company's growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Processing routine PR-PO: reviewing Purchase Requisitions for compliance and releasing completed Purchase Orders for approval. - Monitoring the preparation of purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and organizational targets and requirements, as well as client quality requirements. - Providing first-line helpdesk support for stakeholders and suppliers, escalating queries to senior team members if necessary. - Working with ticketing tools and contacting external suppliers via email and phone. Your profile should demonstrate the ability to work well with teams and stakeholders, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.
