Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Process Management Specialist with demonstrated expertise in driving large-scale process transformation initiatives across complex, service-driven environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, capable of influencing operational performance, delivering measurable outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a senior contributor, you will collaborate closely with leadership teams across functions to identify business process inefficiencies, lead cross-functional improvement projects, and create scalable frameworks to support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-level business process re-engineering (BPR) and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Champion the deployment of Lean/Six Sigma tools to drive sustainable process improvements across multiple business units. Conduct in-depth diagnostics using tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, process mapping, and value stream analysis. Develop and track critical KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and functional teams to drive process standardization and governance. Own the creation and implementation of SOPs, operational playbooks, and best practice frameworks. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and tools. Mentor junior team members and facilitate regular training/workshops on continuous improvement methodologies. Continuously evaluate market/industry trends and internal data to identify new opportunities for process innovation. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (masters degree preferred). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt preferred. 510 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business excellence roles, preferably in retail, services, or multi-location businesses. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects with measurable ROI and process impact. Shape Preferred Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with BPM tools (e.g., MS Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Lucid chart). Strong working knowledge of ISO standards, Kaizen, Agile, or Lean transformation frameworks. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools including MS Excel, Power BI, and statistical tools (Minitab, R, or Python is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder alignment. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into process-based solutions.
