We enable your best to power our future.The Senior Process Improvement Professional will be a key driver in transforming our operational capabilities. This role is responsible for leading, implementing, and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will use proven methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) to identify and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and elevate the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-impact process improvement projects (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen events) from inception to completion, ensuring sustainable results.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping).
- Develop and deliver training and coaching to team members across the organization on process excellence tools and principles.
- Conduct deep-dive process analysis, root cause analysis, and performance metric tracking.
- Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and financial impact of improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, Finance) to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new processes.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or Operations Consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) certification is a must. Black Belt certification will be an added advantage
- Expert proficiency in process mapping, process analysis and statistical analysis tools
- Experience in designing KPIs, risk/time/scope management, stakeholder engagement
