Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international chat process, email support, and chat process with excellent communication skills.
Provide customer service through various channels such as GIS mapping, Google maps, and chat processing.
Execute email processes efficiently to resolve customer queries promptly.
Offer chat support to customers via multiple platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients worldwide.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
