Roles and Responsibilities Manage chat process, email process, blended process, POI (Process Outsourcing International), semi voice processes for clients. Ensure efficient handling of customer queries through effective communication skills. Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in processing tasks assigned by the client. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Provide timely updates on task progress to supervisors or managers as required. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in Chat Process, Email Process, Blended Process, POI (Process Outsourcing International) and Semi Voice processes. Strong understanding of international call center operations and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software or similar tools.
