Experience in preparing upto LOD 500 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D), general arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing Experience in Precast and Steel Structures will be an advantage must have experience on international projects self-motivated, team player and able to work independently Setting up or assisting with setting up new projects Performing Quality Control reviews such as clash detection and visual inspection of models Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred, Responsibilities Will work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models andsupport, mentor, and train other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks, Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and draftingwork in each project, Is responsible for technical correctness, project standard compliance and timely delivery of thedrawings and documents, Lead the collaborative development of BIM Project/ Program Standards, Oversee or lead the development of BIM Execution Plans, Assisting in maintenance of Standards Libraries, Ensuring compliance of best practices by project teams and providing technical knowledge of BIM to project teams, Conducting and leading periodic coordination meetings with project teams and Coordination & daily management of BIM projects, Assisting with producing final deliverable data sets from BIM data, Exercises self-discipline and work ethics Respect and follow company policies and procedures, Working collaboratively with a range of disciplines including M&E and Architecture; supervision and leadership Familiar with Programs REVIT Archi and REVIT MEP for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models Here's what you'll need KEY COMPETENCY Technical Skills Advanced Revit skills and competency in the use of AutoCAD, MicroStation and Navisworks, Experience in setting up and delivering structural drawings on small to medium sized projects, Knowledge of civil and structural design standards and construction methods An understanding of relevant Indian and International Standards Aiding the design/ construction team in development of models, developing client BIM standards, ensuring conformance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and ensuring that information being generated within models is accurate and clean, KEY COMPETENCY Soft Skills Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience, Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strategic and innovative mindset, Build a dynamic and safe working environment, inspiring teams, delivering globally, At?Jacobs we value people Having the right balance of belonging, career and lifestyle enables us to consistently deliver and exceed clientsexpectations, Working alongside industry leaders, you will have the opportunity to develop your career working on key projects in an environment which encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation To support your professional growth, Jacobs flexible working arrangements, extended leave options and a host of social, health and wellbeing events and initiatives will underpin our commitment to you, At Jacobs its all about what you do, not where you are, which counts!
