Job Description

As a Senior Principal Consultant for Sales force FSL Integration Lead at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the integration of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing integration architecture, and implementing integrations using various tools and technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and monitor integration performance to optimize data flow. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing business requirements and devising strategies for FSL integration. - Leading the design and architecture of complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems. - Defining integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation logic. - Developing and maintaining integration documentation, including technical specifications and data flow diagrams. - Ensuring integrations adhere to Salesforce best practices and security standards. - Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. - Working closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Maintaining deep expertise in Salesforce integration technologies and best practices. - Monitoring integration performance and implementing optimization strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or equivalent. - Relevant experience in Salesforce development with a focus on integrations. - Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API). - Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud. - Proficiency in ETL tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Solid understanding of integration patterns, data security, and compliance best practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus.
