Senior Principal Consultant - OFSAA

As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in OFSAA FSDF, DIH, DIH-EDMCS, DIH-AHCS, GL Reconciliation, and BCE, your primary role will involve working closely with technical and functional experts to provide design guidance and query support to customers on DIH and FSDF configurations. Your hands-on experience in OFSAA solutions, particularly FSDF, DIH, and GL Reconciliation, will be crucial. Additionally, familiarity with other ERM or EPM applications like Basel, Regulatory Reporting Solution, ALM, BCE, etc., would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Tier 1 customer implementations to achieve core business objectives and establish trusted relationships. - Collaborate with FSGBU Consulting to influence key technical and architecture decisions with senior stakeholders. - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Engineering and support teams. - Install and deploy OFSAA solutions in customer environments, coordinating with technical resources. - Support all phases of deploying OFSAA solutions at customer sites, including installation, patches, upgrades, configuration, batch executions, troubleshooting, testing, and go-live. - Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure successful deployment of OFSAA solutions. - Discuss and document client environment configurations. - Train customers in managing the OFSAA environment and onboard new resources. - Contribute to best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization. - Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to manage customer conversations effectively.
