You will operate independently to deliver quality work products to engagements, performing varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices are essential in this role. As an OFSAA AFCS Solution Consultant, you will be a strong techno-functional resource with experience in implementing OFSAA solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients. Your responsibilities will include a functional overview of the AFCS solution, implementing sub-ledger applications for banking/insurance, creating catalogue extensions, data ingestion and extraction, configuring and testing management ledger, reconciliation rules, OOB Reports in OAS, custom reports in OAS, data mapping, verification of results, and issue resolution. Your domain knowledge should cover OFSAA Accounting Foundation Cloud Service, OFSAA GL Recon, and OFSAA Data Foundation. Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, OBIEE/OAS/OAC, DIH/ODI is required. Strong solution deployment experience and application deployment experience with web application servers like WebLogic are essential. Customizing existing user interfaces to meet client requirements and analyzing user requirements for system automation/improvement will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will need implementation experience in Insurance, Banking, and/or Banking Analytics. Technical inputs and collaboration with Solution Architects and project team members will be crucial for successful OFSAA product deployment. Solid experience in application installation, solution design, configuration, setup processes for automation, integration, test case development, solution validation, and user training are necessary. Candidates with experience in implementing OFSAA and similar products like SAP, SAS, Axiom based solutions will be considered. Your responsibilities will also involve effectively interacting with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of OFSAA products and integrating solutions with the operational environment. Strong customer interaction skills, the ability to assess customer processes and strategies, knowledge of SDLC, Agile concepts, and cloud-based implementation experience will be beneficial. You will be required to operate independently to provide quality work products to engagements, demonstrating expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, acting as a team lead, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop team members" skills, and consulting with customer organization management are part of your role. Configuration and testing of Accounting Foundation Cloud Services components, effective communication with internal and external project team members, and willingness to work and support in US or Europe time zones are also expected from you. Key Responsibilities: OFSAA ECM (Enterprise Case Management): Customize and enhance the Oracle ECM UI using OJET (Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit), HTML, JavaScript, and Java. Analyze business requirements and map them to ECM data models and workflows. Design and implement workflows using PMF (Process Management Framework) module. Create and manage cases for alerts originating from third-party systems . Work closely with users and business teams to translate functional requirements into technical implementations. OFSAA CRR (Compliance Regulatory Reporting): Customize SAR/STR modules based on regulatory compliance requirements. Apply knowledge of SAR/STR data models to develop custom reports and data flows.
