Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Principal Clinical Programmer with 10-18 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, a leading player in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical programming and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols and study designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful study execution.
Design and develop complex statistical analysis plans and data visualizations.
Provide expert guidance on clinical programming best practices and standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Mentor junior programmers and provide training and support as needed.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, protocol development, and statistical analysis.
Experience with clinical systems, including electronic data capture and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
