Job Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of competitive PBM financial analytics and contributing to strategic decision-making that drives sales success, client retention, and operational excellence. The Pricing Analyst position requires you to work closely with the core US based Pricing team, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables while also mentoring and guiding junior team members in India GCC when necessary. Your strong ownership, stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively across two countries' time zones will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze complex claims data sets to complete pricing exercises and data requests, including claims summaries, pricing terms, exclusions, and benefit design changes. - Perform Straight Reprice, MMA (Medical/Market Management Analysis), and Custom Data projects as part of pricing and client deliverables. - Apply accurate pricing and rebate terms for each account, understanding the implications across PBM options such as formulary, retail and specialty networks, maintenance and clinical program selections, fees, plan tier structures, member size, utilization, and regulatory impacts. - Utilize Formulary Tools, Lockton data, and other benchmarking sources to assess formulary impact, disruption, and rebate performance. - Interpret client contractual documents to verify applicable pricing and rebate terms. - Provide claims files and develop client-ready deliverables and clear communication summaries upon request. - Generate formulary and network disruption reports, as well as other ad hoc or recurring reports aligned to business needs. - Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned projects, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete deliverables that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. - Maintain proactive and prompt communication with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of progress, issues, and resolutions. - Participate in and prepare for stakeholder and client calls as a Pricing Subject Matter Expert (SME), clearly communicating technical details in a concise and professional manner. - Maintain and enhance standard pricing methodologies, templates, trackers, and documentation to support process efficiency and consistency. - Mentor and guide junior team members in India GCC, promoting learning, consistency, and alignment with US team practices. - Collaborate closely with the US core team to align methodologies, ensure deliverable quality, and maintain consistent pricing and analytics standards across locations. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of PBM or healthcare industry experience required (Commercial PBM experience preferred). - Proven expertise in PBM pricing, MMA, straight reprice, custom data analysis, and formulary/rebate modeling. - Familiarity with Lockton data, formulary tools, and PBM financial models preferred. - Strong analytical, pricing, and modeling experience with advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros); SAS/SQL, Salesforce experience preferred. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. - Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Self-driven professional who takes ownership, manages multiple priorities effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution preferred. - Exposure to US healthcare, pharmacy benefits, and drug pricing landscape will be a strong plus.
