Responsibilities:

• Power BI Dashboard Design:

  Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that are visually compelling, easy to navigate and understand. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.

• Data Modeling:

  Build and maintain complex data models to support analytical needs. Work with large datasets, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Design and implement data architecture to enable efficient data flow and transformation.

• DAX and Power BI Tool Stack Expertise:

  Write complex DAX formulas to support custom calculations and metrics in Power BI. Performing DAX queries and functions in Power BI Analyzing current ETL processes.

• SQL Development:

  Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Collaborate with data engineering to ensure efficient database design and query performance.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Power BI reports.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Power BI development and 8 plus years pf industry experience. Proven expertise in designing and developing complex Power BI reports and dashboards. Extensive experience in data modeling, SQL, DAX, and the Power BI tool stack.

Required Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX Studio, MS Excel and Tabular Editor. Strong SQL development skills, including experience with large-scale databases. In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skils:

Experienced in handling sales data including pipeline , bookings, and CRM tools. Demonstrated capability to quickly prototype and iterate on analytics solutions.
