Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to lead strategic marketing campaigns, content strategies, and outreach plans. Candidates with political experience or awareness of Indian political dynamics will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences
• Manage digital platforms including social media, newsletters, and paid ads
• Create compelling content with an understanding of current political and social contexts
• Work on branding, PR strategies, and public engagement projects
• Collaborate with design and development teams to execute campaign visuals and assets
• Handle client communication, reporting, and performance tracking
• Execute field-level marketing activities if needed (during campaign periods)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Strong awareness of Indian political landscape, news trends, and public sentiment
• Experience working with political parties, NGOs, or advocacy groups is a plus
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Location Preference: Only candidates from Bihar or willing to relocate to Aarrah will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
