The role requires deep HR domain knowledge, expertise across SuccessFactors modules, and the ability to guide stakeholders in transforming their HR processes. The candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, architecting scalable solutions, ensuring integration across HR systems, and driving best practices in global HR operations.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrated modules.
- Design global HR data models, organizational structures, workflows, and business processes aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and convert functional needs into solution designs.
- Provide expert guidance on position management, time off, events & workflows, data models, foundation objects, and other EC components.
- Drive integrations between EC and other HR systems (Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Finance, Middleware like SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Oversee data migration strategy, data validation, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Lead configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), release management, and documentation activities.
- Ensure system compliance with global HR regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, recommending improvements and HR process optimizations.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead large delivery teams across multiple geographies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide executive-level project status reporting.
- Support large transformation programs, RFP responses, solutioning, and pre-sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 1520 years of experience, including strong expertise in HR systems and 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Deep functional knowledge of HR processes such as Core HR, Time, Position Management, Global Assignments, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Experience in multiple end-to-end EC implementations for global organizations.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and workflows (SAP CPI, API integrations, middleware, etc.).
- SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory); additional module certifications (Time Off, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in large-scale HR transformation programs or multi-country rollouts.
- Hands-on knowledge of other SF modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation).
- Experience with EC Payroll or integrations to third-party payroll systems.
- Background in HR service delivery, shared services, or global HR operations.
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
