Job Description

Senior Planning Engineer - Civil

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using
Primavera P6 / MS Project
.
Track project progress, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct
delay analysis, time-impact assessments, and prepare EOT (Extension of Time)
documentation.
Assist in project budgeting, resource planning, and cost tracking.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and client representatives for real-time updates.
Prepare and present
weekly/monthly MIS reports, S-curves, and dashboards
.
Track milestones, monitor critical paths, and prepare look-ahead schedules for proactive planning.

Desired Qualification -

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience -
6 to 8 years
Proficiency in
Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel
.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling techniques, and risk management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
