The Senior Planning & Billing Engineer is responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost control, and client billing activities in civil construction projects. This role ensures project timelines are met, resources are efficiently utilized, and accurate client billing is generated based on executed work. Key Responsibilities: Planning & scheduling Billing & Documentation Quantity estimation of civil structure Client billing preparation & Certification Subcontractor Bill preparation DLR/DPR Report preparation Monthly/ Weekly Plan preparation Day to day site coordination with site team/ Client Resource allocation Planning
