Senior Physiotherapist

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be confident in assessing, diagnosing, and designing individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse physical conditions, including chronic pain, sports injuries, orthopedic concerns, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed physical assessments to identify patient needs and functional limitations.

• Design and implement personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s goals.

• Apply advanced physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy.

• Collaborate closely with doctors, trainers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, injury prevention, and home exercise routines.

• Accurately maintain patient treatment records, evaluations, and progress reports.

• Stay informed about the latest clinical research and innovations in physiotherapy.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.

• License: Valid physiotherapy registration/license (as per local regulations).

• Experience: 1–3 years in a clinical or hospital setup (fresh graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome).

• Comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

• Strong ethical values and teamwork orientation.
