Senior PHP Developer

You are a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer who will be joining our dynamic team. Your strong background in web development, excellent problem-solving skills, and passion for creating innovative web applications will be key assets in this role. Working closely with our product designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality web solutions that meet our business needs. Your key responsibilities will include taking ownership of web development projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications that are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications will be essential. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote best practices and continuous improvement. It will be important for you to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development. You will be expected to identify and fix bugs, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and ensure the security of web applications by implementing best practices and staying informed about potential vulnerabilities. Creating and maintaining documentation for code, processes, and tools will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of qualifications, you should have a minimum of 2-4 years of professional web development experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Your technical skills should include proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, as well as experience in theme and plugin development. You should also have experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails), databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), version control systems (e.g., Git), RESTful APIs, and web services. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. In terms of soft skills, you should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Having relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) and experience with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment will be beneficial for this role.,
