Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist (US Employees)

Your main responsibilities will include managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance and 401(k) retirement plans, handling enrollment, deduction processing, and claims. To excel in this role, you must have the ability to maintain accurate records, perform complex calculations, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with employees, HR, and vendors. Analytical skills are essential for performing calculations, analyzing financial data, and resolving discrepancies. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive employee information discreetly. Occasional evening meetings may be required to communicate effectively with US-based employees. While not mandatory, candidates with broader Human Resource Management experience will be preferred.
