Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Pastry Chef specializing in Cheesecake and Cheese Desserts, located in Delhi, India. The Senior Pastry Chef will be responsible for designing, preparing, and executing a range of premium cheesecakes and cheese desserts. Daily tasks include creating new recipes, ensuring high standards for food preparation and presentation, managing ingredient inventory, and supervising bakery staff to maintain quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
• Proficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills, with an emphasis on desserts
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to innovate unique dessert recipes
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
• Previous experience as a pastry chef specializing in cheesecakes or desserts is highly desirable
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
