We are looking for a skilled Senior Paid Advertising Expert to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in paid advertising and a strong background in developing and executing successful ad campaigns.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
Manage and optimize large-scale ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience with ad serving tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels.
