Senior packaging supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Packing Supervisor to oversee and manage all day-to-day packing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that packing targets are met with accuracy, quality standards are maintained, and the team works in a disciplined and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day packing activities and ensure timely execution of packing schedules.

• Ensure daily targets are achieved with accuracy.

• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the packing process.

• Enforce discipline, hygiene, and safety standards within the department.

• Maintain inventory of packing materials and coordinate for timely requisitions.

• Train and guide packing staff for skill enhancement and better productivity.

• Prepare and maintain daily reports on packing progress, productivity, and issues.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.  Resolve operational issues and escalate problems to management when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
