Senior Order Management Associate

As a Senior Order Management Associate at PowerSchool, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, supporting internal stakeholders, and contributing to the daily billing operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, creating sales orders and invoices in our accounting system, and generating credit memos when necessary. Your expertise in Order Management policies and procedures will make you a valuable resource for daily transactional questions and training team members. You will be expected to maintain accurate billing schedules, ensure data integrity in SalesForce and NetSuite, and register customer procurement sites. Monitoring and managing individual productivity and quality metrics, meeting department service level agreements, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external partners will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, recommend process and system enhancements, and participate in testing system and process changes. Your ability to process complex transactions, gather key billing information, and report to the Leadership team will contribute to the overall efficiency of the Order Management department. To excel in this position, you should have 2-4 years of experience with SalesForce and/or NetSuite platforms, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours as needed, will be key to your success. Demonstrated initiative in identifying issues and developing solutions will be valued attributes in contributing to the success of PowerSchool.
