Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate business requirement workshops with global stakeholders across finance, procurement, and operations teams.
  
• Analyze, design, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
  
• Procurement to Pay (P2P)
  
• Order to Cash (O2C)
  
• Treasury & Cash Management
  
• Fixed Assets (including IFRS 16 Leasing)
  
• General Ledger (GL), Tax, and Intercompany
  
• FAH (Financial Accounting Hub)
  
• Work on football-specific accounting processes such as player transfers, matchday revenue, and sponsorship income.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and validate RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
  
• Drive and support CRP, UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
  
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards & local tax regulations.
  
• Provide mentorship and thought leadership to junior consultants and client teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in

  Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud ERP)

  .
• Minimum 3

  full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations

  , including at least 1 in a lead/senior role.
• Strong understanding of

  IFRS standards

  (especially IFRS 16 Leasing).
• Proven expertise in

  solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment

  .
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  sports, media, or entertainment industries

• Familiarity with

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
