Senior Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) Developer Enterprise Analytics (Finance, SCM, HCM, CX)

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise analytics solutions across all Oracle Fusion Cloud pillars — Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Customer Experience (CX). The role involves architecting scalable data models, integrating diverse data sources, and delivering actionable insights through Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen to support strategic decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementations across Finance, SCM, HCM, and CX pillars.
  • Define the enterprise data architecture roadmap ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business intelligence strategy.
  • Mentor and guide BI developers, analysts, and technical teams in FDI best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business leaders, and IT teams to align analytics solutions with organizational goals.

Advanced Data Modeling & Integration

  • Design, extend, and customize complex FDI data models and subject areas in Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Integrate data from multiple Fusion Cloud pillars as well as on-premises and external systems (CRM, legacy ERP, IoT, and HR systems).
  • Implement advanced ETL and data orchestration processes using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Integration tools and Data Flows.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and refresh performance across multiple domains.

Analytics & Insights Development

  • Develop and deliver advanced dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Implement cross-pillar analytics, such as linking workforce cost (HCM) to financial planning (Finance) or customer demand (CX) to inventory and logistics (SCM).
  • Leverage predictive and prescriptive analytics models to enable proactive business decision-making.
  • Drive self-service analytics adoption and empower business users through data visualization and training.

Performance, Security & Governance

  • Optimize query and report performance across FDI, ADW, and OAC environments.
  • Implement role-based and row-level data security aligned with corporate policies.
  • Define and enforce enterprise data governance standards and best practices for metadata and data lineage management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery

  • Engage directly with Finance, HR, Operations, and CX business leaders to gather analytical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into measurable analytics initiatives with clear success metrics.
  • Manage analytics delivery timelines, priorities, and resource allocation in alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Document solution architecture, data lineage, and user enablement materials for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise analytics with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – including data modeling (RPD), data visualization, and KPI frameworks.
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and data warehousing experience in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data structures across Finance, SCM, HCM, and CX pillars.
  • Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional data integrations and analytics pipelines.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Integration, Data Gateway, and REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Oracle certifications in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Experience leading enterprise BI or analytics projects across multiple Fusion pillars.
  • Familiarity with data science, predictive analytics, and OCI-based automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake for hybrid analytics environments.
