Senior (or Lead) QA Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in test automation and manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your qualifications should include a B.E. / B. Tech degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience, along with proven practical experience in using technologies in a real-world production environment for at least a year. Key Responsibilities: - Test Automation Expertise: You should have solid experience with Eggplant or similar tools, demonstrating the ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites. - Manual Testing Skills: Ability to conduct exploratory and structured manual tests when automation is not possible. - Platform Versatility: Experience in testing across mobile apps (Android & iOS), Windows tools, and production systems. - Test Planning & Execution: Capable of creating detailed test plans, executing integration tests, and supporting release testing. - Test Case Design: Strong skills in crafting clear, structured, and reusable test cases covering functional, regression, and edge scenarios. - DevOps Collaboration: Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI. - Interface Knowledge: Familiarity with Modbus and BLE protocols, along with experience in testing communication between devices and systems. - Quality Mindset: Maintain a strong focus on reliability, usability, and performance in every test you design. - Problem Solving: Utilize analytical thinking and a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues effectively.
