Senior Operations

As a Senior Operations professional at our company located in Colaba Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our business processes and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with the operations team to strategize, manage day-to-day operations, and oversee the workflow. Your responsibilities will include verifying data shared by enterprise users, preparing and providing MIS reports regularly, and liaising with enterprise users to understand their needs and demands. You will be expected to formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in internal processes and to ensure that all team members adopt and adhere to these SOPs. Additionally, you will provide regular reports and updates to Senior Management, manage and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and goals, and ensure that all responsibilities are fulfilled within the prescribed deadlines. Managing vendor relationships to ensure enterprise satisfaction and retention, sourcing constructive feedback, and relaying it to the relevant teams will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations and hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Demonstrable knowledge of people management, previous work experience in legal/financial services/insurance industry, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word (e.g., Vlookup, MailMerge) are required.
