Role Overview

Flipkart Ads is one of the fastest-growing digital advertising platforms in India, offering end-to-end commerce advertising solutions that help brands engage with high-intent customers. The Senior Operations Executive Ads Collection will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing, collections, and client servicing for advertising campaigns, ensuring timely revenue realization and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
billing, invoicing, collections, and audit support
for advertising campaigns
Maintain accurate
accounts receivable (AR)
records, balance reports, and aging reports
Monitor accounts to identify
overdue payments
and follow up with partners for timely collections
Handle
client and partner queries
related to billing, documentation updates, proof of execution, delivery reports, and credit notes
Process
payments, refunds, and manual billing adjustments
in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Resolve
billing discrepancies, customer credit issues
, and reconciliation gaps
Maintain accurate
MIS and collection activity reports
using Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, finance, media, and audit teams
Ensure compliance with
billing procedures, audit requirements, and collection policies
Work in a fast-paced environment with
targets and timelines

Education & Experience

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum
1+ years of experience
in billing, invoicing, collections, or accounts receivable
Experience in
media, advertising, e-commerce, or digital platforms
is preferred

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
billing procedures, collections, and audits
Good knowledge of
accounts receivable and reconciliation processes
Strong
client servicing and stakeholder management
skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
and basic reporting tools
Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexible to work across shifts as per business needs
