Senior Officer- Security

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies for Township Development projects and overseeing security measures for Real Estate projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conducting risk assessments, implementing risk mitigation plans, and effectively managing security personnel and resources will be key aspects of your role. You will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns, enforce security policies and procedures across all project sites, and investigate security incidents to provide timely and accurate reports. Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities, as well as staying updated on emerging security threats and technologies, will also be essential to enhance the organizational security posture. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, you should have demonstrated expertise in security management and operations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Security Management or Criminal Justice is required. Possessing a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification is preferred, and additional certifications in security or risk management would be a plus. Your role will demand excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism. Proven integrity and ethical conduct are crucial traits for this position. In terms of technical skills, you must have a deep understanding of security protocols and best practices, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to security in the Real Estate industry, and experience in conducting security assessments and implementing security solutions.
