Job Description

You should have proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration. It is preferable to have at least one Microsoft or Cisco certification such as CCNA. You will be responsible for implementing IT infrastructure control related to Information Security procedures. Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, etc.) is required. Hands-on experience with backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions is a must. You will be expected to plan and implement IT infrastructure solutions to support the business, ISMS, and application teams. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) will be part of your responsibilities. Regular patching of systems and application of updates to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure backup integrity is crucial. Managing hardware/software inventory, asset life cycle, and providing end-user support on hardware and software issues will also be part of your role. You will collaborate with third-party vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance contracts. Tracking software licenses, warranties, and renewals to ensure continuity of business operations is essential. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, day shift schedule, and performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
