Senior Officer- Accounts

As a Senior Officer in the Accounts department at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Checking compliance with GST, ESIC, EPF, wage sheet, work completion certificate, or any other relevant documents for approval by the respective department. - Confirming GL while parking and making necessary changes. - Verifying GST number in invoices, checking HSN & SAC code with PO and e-waybill, and ensuring e-waybill data matches invoice data. - Checking GST credit availability and conditions with nature of expense. - Handling GRIR Parking and sending parked documents to the Bill Passing Dept. - Analyzing Open GRIR and managing Creditors Ageing. - Recovering Debit notes against Rejection/Rate Diff. - Creating DD for vendors and performing Bank Reco for Axis Bank. - Withdrawing cash from Axis Bank and maintaining cash, sending monthly cash reports to HO. - Updating monthly reports for FG Dispatch and Stock to Plant Head. - Breaking down cash flow as per monthly Balance sheet. - Checking rates and quantities with agreements & PO. - Applying TDS rates based on service work. - Handling HR vendor Manual booking and Taxation work. - Managing Monthly Compliance Works including Audit Work (Subsidy, Central Excise & Service Tax, and GST). - Preparing for Central Excise & Service Tax audit data and coordinating with department officers for audit completion. - Successfully completing capital subsidy factory audit and DIIPP Delhi GST audit. - Handling GST Refund Works by preparing applications with supporting documents and following up until refunds are received. - Conducting Physical stock verification of finished goods, raw materials, and packing materials on a quarterly basis. - Verifying fixed assets periodically and forwarding reports to HO. You will be based in Pune at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. - ZHL HO Mumbai.
