Description
As a Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic occupancy planning expertise for our clients" portfolios in a designated region. Your responsibilities will include developing scenario and occupancy plans based on a deep understanding of our clients" space supply and demand. Fostering relationships will be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, Corporate Finance, Project Management, Move Coordination, Facility Management teams, and other members of the occupancy planning team to ensure the development of portfolio strategy plans across different locations. Your primary focus areas will involve managing the development of occupancy plans, sequencing group-level and individual moves, resolving planning issues, and ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines to maximize space utilization. You will be expected to recommend, educate, and enforce space policies/standards, as well as assist in developing site-specific Planning Strategies with Senior Leadership. In terms of reporting, you will be required to familiarize yourself with space utilization methods, interact with organizational leadership to identify space requirements, and prepare project status reports on seat demand at the building level. Additionally, you will report on supply and capacity, forecast inventory changes, and reconcile any discrepancies from top-down projections. To excel in this role, you should be proactive, tech-savvy, a communication champion, and dynamic. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational proficiency, knowledge of occupancy utilization, and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field are desired qualifications. Furthermore, you should be able to lead through influence, articulate stories through data, demonstrate spatial creativity, and exhibit high performance in project budgeting and scheduling.
