We’re Hiring: Senior Node.js Developer (Team Lead)

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad (Onsite Only- Local Candidate Preffered )
Experience: 5+ Years | Immediate Joiner Preferred

Looking for a tech leader to drive backend development and mentor a talented team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & mentor a team of backend and full-stack developers
• Architect, design, and develop scalable Node.js applications
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years in Node.js (Express.js, Fastify, or NestJS)
• Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and scalable backend architecture
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Familiarity with queues, caching, and real-time communication tools
• Excellent team-leading and client communication skills
