Senior Node.js Developer

Role Overview: You are a skilled Node.js & Express.js Developer who will be joining the development team. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js, while also integrating various APIs and database systems. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining backend services - Building RESTful APIs - Integrating third-party services - Working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL - Writing clean, well-documented, and scalable code - Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members - Debugging and fixing production issues - Optimizing performance - Implementing security and data protection protocols Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development - Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), async/await, and event-driven architecture - Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication methods like JWT and OAuth - Solid understanding of database systems such as MongoDB and MySQL - Familiarity with Git and version control workflows - Basic knowledge of deployment and server environments Additional Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
