Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and handling employee relations. Daily tasks will include overseeing recruitment processes, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves strategizing and implementing HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies Understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the IT sector is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
