You will be joining Primathon Technology, a fast-growing startup founded by IIT Delhi & NIT Computer Science alums. The company is expanding rapidly and builds world-class digital products for 100+ clients globally. With offices in Indore & Gurugram, Primathon works with cutting-edge technologies like Node.js, React, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, AWS Lambdas, LLMs, Solidity, and more. As a Backend SDE-III at Primathon, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for driving the development of complex backend systems. Your role will involve tackling challenging technical problems, contributing to architecture and design, and maintaining high standards for code quality and performance. While you will mentor junior engineers, your primary focus will be on deep technical execution rather than people management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and scale backend applications using Node.js, emphasizing high performance and reliability. - Take ownership of end-to-end modules, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality code. - Participate in system design and architecture discussions, offering insights on scalability, reliability, and performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to SDE-I and SDE-II engineers. - Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the backend stack. - Implement and promote engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. - Stay informed about emerging backend technologies and introduce improvements to the team. **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Node.js. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript and expertise in developing efficient server-side applications. - Experience in Front-End Development and familiarity with technologies like Redux.js. - Background in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Ability to work in a hybrid setup and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with cloud services, databases, and agile development methodologies is a plus.,
